When we decided to convert our guest bath from a tub to shower we chose to do a more upscale, custom design rather than a generic "one day" conversion. We looked at 3 different contractors; a "one-man" shop, a full service contractor that does all the work (tile, electrical, plumbing, cabinetry), and Master Touch which does the tile work but has a group of subcontractors (plumbing, electrical, etc.) that regularly work with them. The subcontractors contract directly with the home owner while Master Touch provides project management services that coordinate the overall project scheduling. Their approach provided savings over the full service contractor. We are very happy with the overall project and the quality of Master Touch's work. We would use Master Touch on future projects.

My wife and I needed to replace 2000 sq.ft of ceramic Tile and Backsplashes. We were Leary of the Dust, Mess and finding the Utmost Professional Tile company that would Respect our needs . We had many years of hiring the wrong contractor for the job until our Neighbor Brenda highly recommended MasterTouch. The first time we met Chris he was Professional, Humble and Listened to us. He offered great opinions and explained how their company will Far exceed our expectations. He just didn't tell us what we wanted to hear like many other companies, but showed past projects and the MasterTouch Process from start to Finish. We also liked the idea of them having a Tradesman list of Professionals they work with if other Projects are needed beside the Tile. We hired MasterTouch for the following reasons: True state of the Art dustless Chippers, they covered all belonging , moved furniture and took care of all the supplies needed for the job. We picked out the Tile and his Team picked it up when needed. Master Touch renovated our master bathroom - they did the demo and install of a new shower and floors. They did an excellent job and we could not be more pleased. The communication was exceptional - Shelby helped make everything so easy and seamless. Chase did an amazing job on the tile work and didn't rush the job - it came out perfectly. When looking for a company to remodel our master bathroom, I consulted our condo property manager on whom they would recommend. She handed me the Master Touch business card and stated that "they were the only company she would let in her home" to perform this type of work. Having done remodels in previous homes, I was still skeptical. However, after meeting Chris, Ron and Shelbi to review how they conduct a project, I felt at ease with their overall project management approach. All that said, they EXCEEDED all of my expectations and I will MOST DEFINITELY use them for future projects. Simply but, they do exactly what they promise, and the quality of the work is exceptional.

When we finally decided to take the plunge and retile our entire house and redo the master bath, we looked at all the local tile and stone contractors, read all the online reviews, and got recommendations from friends and neighbors. Based on their stellar reviews and responsiveness in providing us with a detailed quote and timeline, we selected Master Touch Tile and Stone, and we are SO glad we did. Since we are full-time residents and didn’t have another place to stay during the process, we had to live in the home while the demolition and retiling took place. Master Touch went out of their way to make us as comfortable as possible the entire time. Several times during the job they moved our furniture from one side of the house to the other so we could live fairly normally, minimizing our exposure to the dust and noise. Master Touch uses a dustless system that was very effective in keeping the amount of dust in the home to an absolute minimum, and they covered everything in the house that was not movable where dust might intrude, right down to the air vents and even the electrical outlets. They put up zipper walls to block off the areas actively being worked from the rest of the house I have done quite a lot of tile work myself and have hired several different tile contractors over the years, but I have never seen the level of responsiveness, attention to detail, and precision that we experienced with Master Touch. From the outset, we had a dedicated crew on our project, with the same well-trained and experienced workers every day, 6 days a week from 8 to 5 until the job was done. This was not like my experiences with other contractors in the past where they work a day here and a half day there whenever they can fit you in and don’t answer texts or voicemails. We also had daily visits from our project manager who oversaw the work and made sure we were happy with all aspects of it and the owner of the company also visited frequently to check on the work and

We had our bathroom remodeled by Master Touch and the result is amazing. All employees are professional and highly skilled at their craft making for a pleasant experience. The tile work was executed to perfection, and Chris himself guided us in picking up tile that made our bathroom look modern and stylish. We couldn’t be more happy with the outcome.

Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Shelbi took time to help us find our perfect tile choices as well as keeping us updated on our project dates and expectations. Ron answered all questions and checked on his team routinely. Our tile layers, Gio and Alejandro are true experts at their craft. Carolina reinforced that our choices were beautiful. This company treated our home with the utmost respect throughout the entire project, protecting our space and even swept their way out of our home at the end of each day. We recommend Chris and his entire Master Touch team to the highest degree. Use them and you won't be disappointed!

We worked with Master Touch Tile and Stone on our full home remodel, and they were fantastic from start to finish. They helped us plan the project, connected us with subcontractors, and even assisted us with tile shopping to give advice and help with selections to bring our vision to life. We opted to manage the overall remodel ourselves rather than by hiring a general contractor. Master Touch, with their knowledgeable and experienced team, really helped us through the whole process with advice and coordination that enabled the project to run as smoothly as possible. There were countless occasions where their expertise helped us to make decisions that arose as the project progressed and to coordinate the other trades effectively. Throughout the remodel, the team was professional, reliable, and incredibly respectful of our home. They managed dust and debris carefully during demo, meticulously protecting furniture and possessions that remained on site. Thanks to their thoughtful planning and assistance in relocating furniture and belongings around the house as the project progressed, one of us was able to continue to live in the house with our three dogs. Their installers—Juan, Alberto, Moses, Miguel, and others—were friendly, talented, and hardworking. They installed wood-look plank tile throughout the house, a beautiful herringbone subway tile in one bathroom, a complex marble shower with a full-length niche in the master bath, plus gorgeous backsplashes in the kitchen and utility room. Rafael from their punch-out team also did a great job with sill replacements, drywall repairs, and clean-up. We are delighted with the results.
